Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN license.
• BLS certification upon hire and maintained.
• ACLS within 30 days and maintained.
• PALS within 30 days and maintained.
• Prior acute care hospital experience preferred.
• Moderate Sedation competency within 30 days.
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in Out Patient Services within scope of practice.
• Communicate changes in patient condition with physicians and surgical team.
• Coordinate care with surgeon and anesthesiologist to ensure timely treatment.
• Maintain standards of care and comply with hospital policies.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and staff education.
