Prime Healthcare Olympia Fields Hospital in Olympia Fields, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse for the ICU. This full-time night shift (7p-7a) includes weekend and holiday rotation and offers a sign-on bonus up to $10,000.

The RN will deliver safe patient care, perform assessments, coordinate with physicians, educate patients and families, and uphold privacy. Requirements include active RN license, BLS, ACLS, critical care–related coursework, and ICU experience; CCRN certification preferred; BSN

Competenze

Current and valid state RN license.
Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain.
Completion of Critical Care Course preferred.
Basic Arrhythmia interpretation within 30 days of hire.
Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain.
Minimum of one year as a staff RN in acute care hospital; critical care preferred.
Critical Care RN (CCRN) certification preferred.
BSN preferred.

Mansioni

Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
Provide direct patient care within your scope of practice.
Direct and guide patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel.
Maintain standards of care in the ICU.
Communicate with the physician about changes in patient condition, test results, and symptoms.
Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
