Job summary

Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for part-time FLEX/PRN shifts. The role focuses on compassionate, person-centered care for residents, working with a clinical team to deliver high-quality, safe care.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months RN experience.
Active Virginia RN license required.
BLS/ CPR certification required; maintain current throughout employment.
Experience with seniors or cognitive impairment preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop relationships with residents and families to support holistic care.
Perform clinical duties in accordance with state nurse practice act and standards.
Promote resident independence through goals and education.
Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes for safety and comfort.
Collaborate with care team to provide routine nursing care.
Administer medications and perform treatments per orders.
Develop and coordinate holistic care plans with interdisciplinary team.
Document care in the electronic medical record.
Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.
