Job summary

Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for part-time or flex schedules. You will provide compassionate, person-centered care, support residents' health and wellness, and help create a warm, welcoming environment where everyone feels respected.

New graduates are welcome and supported as they begin their nursing careers. Minimum 1 year in assisted living, home health, or long-term care preferred; Virginia LPN license required; CPR and BLS

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care preferred.
• Licensed Practical Nurse in Virginia required; license registered with Virginia DHP.
• CPR certification required; maintain BLS CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop caregiver relationships focusing on resident first and holistic needs.
• Assess, document, and communicate resident conditions; update care plans as needed.
• Administer medications timely and accurately per orders; supervise care associates.
