Job summary

Valley Senior Living is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate and skilled care for residents. Responsibilities include developing care plans, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with physicians and families to ensure residents’ comfort and safety.

The RN will supervise and delegate to LPNs and CNAs, document changes in records, and respond effectively to emergencies, while maintaining advocacy for residents’ rights and well-being.

Qualifications

• Current RN license or temporary permit in the state of North Dakota.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized care plans and oversee medications and treatments.
• Monitor vital signs and provide prescribed treatments.
• Communicate with residents, families, and the care team to coordinate care.
• Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other staff; delegate tasks as appropriate.
• Document changes accurately in the medical record and report emergencies.
