You will mentor registered nurses and licensed vocational nurses, coordinate orientation, assess needs, and ensure a smooth transition to practice by providing unit-based support and timely resource coordination.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license is required by the State.
• BLS certification required at hire and maintained.
• Minimum 5 years acute care experience.
• Minimum 2 years educational experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the success and growth of new hire programs.
• Standardize educational training and support preceptors.
• Coordinate orientation and assess performance to ensure timely release from orientation.
