Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate up-to-date in-service classes for registered nurses, medical assistants, and outpatient staff.
• Maintain a detailed calendar of training schedules, in-service classes, and competency assessments.
• Assist MA Trainee program with candidate review, program coordination, and curriculum development.
• Provide patient care as part of the nursing team.
