Qualifications

• Must have a current and valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the State.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Minimum of 5 years acute care experience.
• Minimum of 2 years previous educational experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the success and growth of the new hire programs and standardize educational training.
• Support preceptors and mentor new grad, novice, and experienced RNs and LVNs.
• Coordinate resources and assess needs to facilitate timely orientation release and training.
• Serve as a clinical liaison between education and clinical leadership to support orientation and training.
