Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Minnesota with no restrictions and in good standing.
• BLS/CPR certification through AHA or Red Cross or able to be certified by date of hire.
• Effective communication to provide and follow instructions and teach skills to residents.
• Computer skills for electronic charting, specifically PointClickCare.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and assist/encourage social and emotional well‑being.
• Report and interpret observations and resident behaviors to supervisor.
• Maintain resident charts and records and coordinate nursing unit activities.
• Follow health and safety rules to ensure security and high-quality care.
