Redeemer Health Care Center, a Cassia senior community in Minneapolis, is hiring a part-time Registered Nurse to join a compassionate team. Shifts include Days and Evenings with a $5,000 bonus and benefits.

You will administer medications, assess and plan care, and collaborate with a dedicated team to support residents and families. Minnesota RN license and CPR are required or pursued after hire.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota Registered Nurse license.
• CPR certified preferred or willing to get.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a team focus.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate resident care.
• Manage medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise LPNs, TMAs and nursing aides on shift.
• Document care using electronic systems.
• Notify Clinical Manager and physicians of changes.
