Job summary

Redeemer Health Care Center, a Cassia senior community in Minneapolis, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a compassionate, established clinical team. You will provide high-quality resident care, administer medications, and collaborate with staff to achieve optimal outcomes. A $2,500 bonus is offered.

Part-time positions with Day and Evening shifts are available. Bring strong communication and teamwork skills and a commitment to enhancing residents' lives.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota LPN license required.
• CPR certified preferred or willing to get.
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Self-starter with a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for residents, families, and staff.
• Coordinates, oversees, and provides resident-related care.
• Administers medications and treatments per physician orders and monitors effectiveness.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment per policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition and follows up as necessary.
• Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the shift.
