Redeemer Health Care Center, a Cassia senior community in Minneapolis, seeks an RN or LPN to join a compassionate team providing high-quality care to residents. Responsibilities include medication administration, care planning, and collaboration with a dedicated team.

The position offers full-time hours with day, evening, and night shifts and a competitive wage range. A $7,500 bonus for RN and $5,000 for LPN is available for full-time hires, with generous benefits and easy access by bus.

Qualifications

• Must have Minnesota RN license.
• CPR certification preferred or willing to obtain.
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care plans for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise LPNs, TMAs, and Nursing Aides on shift.
• Documentation of care using computerized systems.
• Notify Clinical Manager and physicians of significant changes in resident condition.
