Job summary

Advantech USA is seeking a Part-Time RMA Inventory Clerk in Milpitas, CA onsite. The role supports timely inventory control, data entry, and material flow within the RMA department, including RTV, repair tracking, and coordinating with suppliers.

Responsibilities include receiving spare parts, maintaining accurate counts, and collaborating with the Warehouse team to improve processes. Requires Mandarin, HS diploma (Assoc. preferred), and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; an Associate’s degree in a related field preferred or 1 year of inventory control experience.
• Data entry experience is required.
• Conversational Mandarin Chinese is required to communicate with global staff and clients.
• Good knowledge of RMA processes, policies, and guidelines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with changing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong time management, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive and itemize incoming spare parts and materials in inventory with labeling and data input.
• Record all material in/out transactions and conduct cycle and physical counts and annual inventories.
• Verify packing rosters, invoicing, and quotation of services; resolve supplier discrepancies.
• Perform product receiving for the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Collaborate with technical support to improve RMA programs and procedures.
• Work with Warehouse to improve inventory control and product knowledge; support sales order processing.
• Assist RMA management and administration to meet material processing goals.
• Complete other tasks/projects as assigned.
