Job summary

Headway Technologies is seeking a Material Handler in Milpitas, CA to support inventory, asset tracking, and tool maintenance. You will review ATS forms, assist with parts, and maintain stock levels.

The role requires at least a High School Diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in material handling or production control. Candidates should be proficient with MS Office and able to operate forklift/pallet jack.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three years of experience as Material Handler or Production Control Specialist.
• Knowledge of kitting, pulling, and staging parts.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and completes ATS forms for equipment/tool repairs or cleaning.
• Reviews and issues credits for material transfers and manages purchase requisitions.
• Sources new or alternate suppliers for parts or equipment; researches sources.
• Prepares and pulls PM kits for tool maintenance, scheduled or unscheduled.
• Maintains inventory levels and tracks parts/materials.
• Unpacks items and verifies against orders, invoices, or documentation.
• Performs cycle counts and resolves discrepancies.
• Responds to inquiries from employees and departments.
• Operates forklift/pallet jack to load/unload materials.
• Adheres to safety policies and procedures.
