Hallcon Corporation in Mountain View, CA, is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to support rider services and driver relations. You will log arrivals, coordinate passenger requests, and communicate changes with dispatch in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to work standard shifts with overtime during peak seasons. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Requires clean driving records.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Must be qualified to work in the United States.
• Prior experience in customer service is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Monitoring driver relations while providing service to commuter riders
• Verifying and logging late arrivals
• Coordinating and supporting all passenger requests
• Communicating with dispatch on changes to normal activity
• Completing daily logs of operational issues for record keeping and trend analysis purposes
• Work flexible hours as required, including overtime during high volume seasons and holidays
• Other duties as needed
