Hallcon Corporation is seeking a seasoned Dispatcher to support fast-paced commuter operations at our Fremont site. The role requires strong communication with riders, clients and the dispatch team, and the ability to manage daily rider flow in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills with riders and clients
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite
• 3 years dispatching experience or related.
• Must be qualified to work in the United States; must be at least 21 years old

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, guidance and information to vehicle operations
• Communicate with client, dispatch team, managers, and other suppliers regarding changes to regular activities
• Manage and enhance customer service and passenger safety
• Report vehicular deficiencies, accidents, and incidents as required
• Monitor traffic to avoid and/or reduce exposure to heavily congested areas
• Assist in accident investigations, reporting, filing, and corrective actions
• Coordinate daily rider flow
