Job summary

Piping Rock Health Products, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Return Associate to audit the returns process, verify documentation, and report findings to the department manager. The role requires attention to detail, organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

This is an on-site position in Ronkonkoma, NY, with Monday–Thursday shifts 9:00am–4:30pm and a training period 10:00am–3:00pm for the first two weeks. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K with company match.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented and well organized.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• On-site role in Ronkonkoma, NY.
• Phone experience preferred in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Audit returns documentation and procedures for accuracy.
• Check customer accounts for proper notes and refunds.
• Follow up with customers by phone for refunds or info.
• Maintain reports and weekly department manager reports.
• Ensure proper disposal procedures for packaging and items.
• Conduct warehouse checks per provided spreadsheets.
• Handle return packages from lobby and distribute accordingly.
• Report issues to department manager.
• Keep workstations clean and compliant.
• Assist in all facets of the department; additional duties as assigned.
