Job summary

Baseball Lifestyle 101 is seeking a Returns and Exchanges Associate to support returns/exchanges and assist in customer service initiatives. The role reports directly to the Floor Manager and supports inventory accuracy and quality controls at a Farmingdale, NY location.

The ideal candidate will handle inspections, audits, and documentation, while maintaining a neat, organized workspace and contributing to a positive team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Standing or sitting for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting and evaluating incoming materials to ensure they meet quality and specifications.
• Checking and verifying inventory levels and accuracy.
• Ensuring that products meet quality standards and specifications before being shipped.
• Conducting warehouse audits and inspections to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
• Identifying and addressing quality issues, including non-conforming materials or processes.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards.
• Maintaining records of inspections, audits, and quality issues.
• Cleaning shipping containers and other shipping supplies.
• Maintains a clean and organized work space.
• Contributes to a positive work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Summary of Role:

The Returns and Exchanges Associate is responsible for assisting in the returns and exchanges process and assisting in various customer service initiatives. The R/E Associate will report directly to the Floor Manager.

Responsibilities:
