Duchess in Columbus, OH is seeking part-time Team Members for 2nd/3rd shifts to join our customer-focused store team. You’ll welcome customers, handle transactions, keep the store clean, stock shelves, and help ensure a smooth shopping experience.

We value reliability, a positive attitude, and comfort with technology. Prior retail or food service helps but is not required; we offer flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation.
• Process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized store—inside and out.
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure customers find what they need.
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales.

• Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency.
