Job summary

Duchess is seeking friendly, motivated individuals to join our team as Duchess Team Members (FT/PT) across 2nd and 3rd shifts. You will help create a great customer experience, handle transactions, and maintain a clean store while supporting promotions and our loyalty program.

We value reliability, a can-do attitude, and comfort with technology. Prior retail or food service experience is a plus, but not required. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth are available.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation
• Process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments)
• Maintain a clean and organized store—inside and out
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure customers find what they need
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards our loyalty program offering the best prices and offers to customers
• Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency
