Job summary

Office Depot in Toledo, OH is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to guide customers through total solutions across products, technology, services, furniture and print. You will build relationships, apply training, and act as a trusted advisor while supporting a positive, customer-centric store culture.

As a part-time Key Carrier, you may lead in the absence of management, open/close shifts, and help maintain store standards, safety, and loss prevention while driving sales and service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related sales or customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills with POS system familiarity.
• Experience in Print Services is a plus.

• Print Sales and Services: support operation and drive store sales.
• Operational Efficiency: process merchandise and reduce waste.
• Client Engagement: coach associates and drive customer satisfaction.
• External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: opening/closing responsibilities and loss prevention.
