You will build strong customer relationships, apply training to support sales, and embody the Office Depot 5C values in daily interactions. As a part-time team member, you may assume Leader on Duty and External Key Carrier responsibilities while supporting store operations, merchandising, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.
• Attention to detail and, ideally, experience in Print Services.
• Advanced selling skills and strong customer focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Positive, engaging, and adaptable in a changing environment.
• Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and trust.
• Action-oriented with a drive for results, sound decision-making, patience, and a desire to continuously build product and selling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support efficient operation while driving store sales.
• Operates and assists associates on all equipment within the Print Services area to maintain efficient production and timely client orders.
• Utilizes communication tools to request assistance and coordinate service for customers.
• Operational Efficiency: process merchandise accurately per procedures and standards; drive loss prevention compliance.
• Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with associates to reduce waste.
• Contribute to increasing sales through conversion, AOV, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Client Engagement: coach and train associates to enhance the customer experience.
• Support community outreach and drive client/customer retention.
• External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: ensure safety and security during management absence; assist with opening/closing and KPI awareness.
