Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to deliver total solutions across products, technology, services, furniture and print. You will build customer relationships, act as trusted advisor and drive sales while maintaining store standards.

You may also serve as a Key Carrier and Leader on Duty, supporting opening/closing duties and ongoing loss-prevention tasks. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential; background checks may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.
• Attention to detail and, ideally, experience in Print Services.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support efficient operation while driving store sales and complete client orders on-time.
• Operational Efficiency: follow procedures, improve processes, ensure loss prevention compliance.
• Client Engagement: coach and train associates, drive customer satisfaction and retention.
• External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: open/close responsibilities and safety, uphold KPI guidance.
