Job summary

Office Depot Deutschland GmbH is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead at our Dickson, TN store. You will drive total solutions across products, technology, services, furniture, and print while building customer relationships and leading a small team.

You will oversee Print Services, store operations, loss prevention, and customer engagement, with duties including opening/closing and leadership on duty as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: Support efficient operation while driving store sales and assist in Print Services area.
• Operational Efficiency: Process merchandise, ensure loss prevention, and uphold policies.
• Client Engagement: Coach & train staff to improve customer experience and drive retention.
• External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: Open/close responsibilities and store security duties.
