Job summary

Office Depot Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Retail Team Lead (Part-Time) to provide total solutions across products, technology, services, furniture, and print. You will build customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor using training to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include leading Print Services, enhancing store operations, and performing External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty duties while supporting a positive store culture aligned with Office Depot values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use POS systems.
• Attention to detail and, ideally, experience in Print Services.
• Advanced selling skills and strong customer focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Positive, engaging, and adaptable in a changing environment.
• Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and trust.
• Action-oriented with a drive for results, sound decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support efficient operation and drive store sales.
• Operates Print Services equipment and ensures orders are completed on time.
• Coordinate service for customers throughout the store.
• Process merchandise according to procedures and visual standards.
• Identify areas for process improvement and reduce waste; support loss prevention.
• Contribute to increasing sales and profitability through conversions and AOV.
• Drive client satisfaction and coaching to associates.
• Assist in opening/closing responsibilities as External Key Carrier.
