Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: Support efficient operation in Print Services and drive store sales.
• Operational Efficiency: Process merchandise accurately while following procedures and visual standards.
• Client Engagement: Drive customer satisfaction and develop selling skills to deliver total solutions.
• External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: Ensure building safety, loss prevention, and opening/closing duties.
