Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead in Jonesboro, GA to deliver total solutions across products, technology, services, furniture and print. You will build relationships with customers and guide them to the right offerings, while upholding Office Depot's 5C values.

As a Key Carrier and Leader on Duty when scheduled, you will support store operations, drive sales, manage print services, and help maintain visual merchandising and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.
• Attention to detail and, ideally, experience in Print Services.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support efficient operation while driving store sales.
• Operational Efficiency: process merchandise accurately and adhere to procedures.
• Client Engagement: drive client satisfaction and relationships.
• External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: opening/closing responsibilities and loss prevention duties.
