Job summary

Office Depot in Burlington, NC is hiring a part-time Retail Team Lead to provide total solutions across products, technology, services, furniture and print offerings. You will build customer relationships, drive sales, and train staff to deliver a high level of service.

Responsibilities

Print Sales and Services: support efficient operation and drive store sales; operate Print Services equipment.
Operational Efficiency: process merchandise accurately, reduce waste, and assist loss prevention.
Client Engagement: coach staff, drive customer satisfaction, and support community outreach.
External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: support opening/closing, ensure safety and KPIs.
