Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.
• Attention to detail and, ideally, experience in Print Services.
• Advanced selling skills and strong customer focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Positive, engaging, and adaptable in a changing environment.
• Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and trust.
• Action-oriented with a drive for results, sound decision-making, patience, and a desire to continuously build product and selling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: Support efficient operation while driving overall store sales and assist on Print Services equipment to complete orders on time.
• Operational Efficiency: Process merchandise accurately, reduce waste, ensure loss prevention compliance.
• Client Engagement: Drive customer satisfaction through coaching, training, and product knowledge; support community outreach.
• External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: Open/close responsibilities, maintain security, and supervise cash handling and logs as needed.
