Job summary

Office Depot, Inc. is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead in Montrose, CO. You will drive sales across print services, products, and services while fostering strong customer relationships and a helpful store atmosphere.

As a part-time leader, you will rotate between sales, service, and key carrier duties, supporting daily operations, training staff, and ensuring a positive customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.
• Attention to detail and, ideally, experience in Print Services.
• Advanced selling skills and strong customer focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Positive, engaging, and adaptable in a changing environment.
• Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and trust.
• Action-oriented with a drive for results, sound decision-making, patience, and a desire to continuously build product and selling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support efficient operation while driving overall store sales.
• Operates and assists associates on all equipment within Print Services to ensure orders are completed on-time.
• Coordinate service for customers throughout the store using communication tools.
• Process merchandise accurately and efficiently, adhering to procedures and visual standards.
• Identify areas for process improvement and support loss prevention efforts.
• Open or close responsibilities and ensure alarm systems activation/deactivation.
• Contribute to sales and profitability through conversion, AOV, and customer satisfaction.
