Clarks is seeking a Part Time Team Lead in Nashville to help drive sales, supervise store operations, and coach team members. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while upholding brand standards and store procedures.

Ideal candidates will lead by example, manage shifts as needed, and support inventory and merchandising tasks to ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty in the store as needed
• Deliver consistent positive sales performance
• Organize merchandise and back stock for optimal presentation
• Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean work environment
• Assist in training and coaching employees on policies and procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
• Upsell multiple pairs and accessories where appropriate
• Uphold the Clarks brand standards and loss prevention policies
• Create a welcoming environment for colleagues during shifts
• Stand for extended periods and assist with physical store tasks
