Job summary

Clarks is seeking a Part Time Team Lead to join our store team in a leadership capacity. This role includes acting as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager is absent, driving sales, and overseeing merchandising and stock handling.

The position emphasizes coaching staff, delivering excellent customer service, and retail best practices. You will contribute to loss prevention efforts and help create a welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team is preferred.
• Ability to train and coach employees on all policies and procedures.
• Strong customer service and upselling skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock; ensure proper placement of product.
• Oversee receipt of shipment and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist in training and coaching employees on policies and procedures.
• Upsell customers on multiple pairs and accessories.
• Follow policies related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
