Job summary

BoxLunch & Hot Topic is hiring a Part-Time Assistant Manager - Level 1 in Colorado Springs. You will support the store leadership team to deliver an exceptional customer experience, using fandom knowledge to train new hires, and assist with daily operations and sales targets.

You will cover shifts on the sales floor, open/close duties, process transactions, and drive add-on sales with benefits like BOPIS or curbside where available.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail store experience or related experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages repeat customers and showcase product knowledge.
• Support store leadership and cover the sales floor as needed.
• Open and close the store and assist with daily operations.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales through available benefits.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising setup.
• Communicate fashion trends to management and HQ partners.
• Help maintain stock room organization and store cleanliness.
