Job summary

BoxLunch & Hot Topic is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1 in Las Vegas to support the store leadership team and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will train new recruits, assist with daily operations, and help meet sales targets while leveraging your knowledge of pop culture and fandom.

You will cover floor leadership, open/close duties, and process transactions to drive add-on sales.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Strong communication, time management and professionalism.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that will encourage customers to return.
• Step in and step up on the sales floor to support leadership.
• Open and close the store when needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales (BOPIS, curbside).
• Understand store sales plan, KPIs (UPT, ADT).
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix.
