Job summary

BoxLunch is hiring for a part-time retail team member in Colorado Springs. You will provide an engaging shopping experience, use product knowledge to assist customers, and help drive sales through add-ons like BOPIS and curbside pickup.

You will cover sales floor shifts, open/close duties, and support store leadership. A 1-year retail background, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail store experience required.
• Strong communication and time management abilities.
• Must be 18+ years old and have a HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage repeat visits.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Cover the sales floor and offer leadership support when needed.
• Open and close the store as required.
• Process sales at the register and promote add-ons like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Maintain awareness of store KPIs and merchandising plans.
• Assist with planogram changes and store layout.
• Communicate fashion trends to management and HQ partners.
• Help prevent theft and safeguard stock and store areas.
• Keep stock room organized and the store tidy.
• Help develop a collaborative team to run the store.
