Tecovas is seeking a part-time Team Lead in Troy, MI to help develop a strong team and manage total store operations. You will support product flow and apply merchant and customer service skills to curate a premium in-store experience.

Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, maintaining performance standards, and executing loss prevention while delivering exceptional customer service and brand ambassadorship.

Competenze

• 2+ years Retail Management experience.
• Must be available to work 15-20 hours per week.
• Exceptional leadership, selling, and customer service skills.
• Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results.
• Proven record of hiring and developing great talent.
• Experienced in coaching, counseling & conflict resolution.
• Utmost character, honesty, and transparency.
