Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; hands-on experience and achievements valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Lead by example, coach and develop associates, and ensure operational excellence across customer engagement, merchandising and store standards.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and floor coverage.
• Support stockroom operations: organize inventory, process shipments, and ensure product flow to the sales floor.
