Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to assist with store operations, customer service and team development in Oviedo, FL. You will help manage day-to-day activities and support the Store Manager in training and supervising associates.

You will ensure a clean, well-stocked sales floor, uphold safety and company policies, and participate in payroll, scheduling and loss prevention tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read directives.
• Retail store management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and stand long hours.
