Job summary

CVS Health in Maryland is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution, and deliver excellent customer service. This role leads the team when managers are not onsite and handles opening/closing procedures.

The position offers 25 hours per week, with a pay range of $20.00–$29.00 per hour. Flexible scheduling, including early mornings, overnights and weekends, is required. Benefits are available for part-time colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Support store management in driving store execution and customer service.
• Communicate effectively with management and crew.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and uphold CVS customer service standards.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves and manage weekly promotions.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
