Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service, including opening and closing procedures when managers are absent.

The role emphasizes supervision, customer relations, merchandising, and policy compliance while maintaining patient and customer confidentiality, with a focus on delivering a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage and work with store management and crews.
• Supervise the store staff through directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively to store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS service culture.
• Handle customer relations following company policy and maintain confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; execute displays and inventories.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
