CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management and lead the team in delivering excellent customer service and store execution. When management isn’t onsite, you’ll guide staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.

You will engage customers, maintain confidentiality, and uphold CVS standards while managing displays, pricing, and inventory to support a positive shopping experience.

Formación

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Support store management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff when managers are not onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
• Respect confidentiality and maintain a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.
