Job summary

ScanScape is seeking part-time Retail Scan Associates to visit local stores and scan product barcodes on displays and in-aisle locations. The role involves standing, walking, and routine data collection with a flexible schedule across multiple store types.

Compensation ranges from $15-$16 per hour, with travel paid at the hourly rate. 401(k) with employer matching is available and there is a monetary referral program. This position uses an AI screening tool to assess resumes.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with insurance coverage.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Visit designated stores weekly to scan all product barcodes on displays and in aisles.
• Analyze collected data to help improve sales performance for retailers and brands.
• Use a mobile app to scan barcodes and provide quantity for about 45% of products scanned.
• Meet weekly deadlines and complete in-store data collection through assigned routes.
