Job summary

ScanScape is seeking part-time Retail Scan Associates to visit designated stores weekly to scan barcodes on displays and in aisles, collecting data to improve product performance. The role averages 6–13 hours per week across all stores, with occasional extra hours for special projects throughout the year.

Associates use a mobile app to scan items, with continuous physical activity and flexible hours. Paid travel at the hourly rate, 401(k) with employer matching, and a monetary referral program

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with insurance.
• Stand for long periods; lift up to 25 lbs.
• Reach 6 ft, bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Work independently with attention to detail.
• Deadline-driven and dependable.
• Reliable Wi‑Fi and tech savvy.

Responsibilities

• Visit stores weekly to scan barcodes in displays and aisles.
• Use a mobile app to capture barcode data.
• Complete store scanning across all locations weekly; some stores 52 weeks a year.
• Assist with Custom Projects adding 30 minutes to 2 hours when required.
• Meet weekly deadlines and maintain data quality.
