ScanScape is hiring part-time Retail Scan Associates to perform in-store data collections at designated local retailers every week for 52 weeks a year, across grocery, drug, and other stores. You will use a mobile app to scan barcodes and complete displays scanning.

The role offers independence, flexible hours, and consistent work. Expect 4–6 hours weekly per the project, with emphasis on accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with sufficient insurance coverage.
• Ability to stand for long periods and access products throughout the store.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, reach up to 6 feet, and bend/stoop.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand/arm/leg movements.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Deadline-driven self-starter with reliable Wi‑Fi and tech comfort.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-store data collections at assigned local retailers every week for 52 weeks.
• Use a downloadable app on a mobile phone to scan barcodes in displays and aisles.
• Complete Display Scanning across the store; this can take multiple hours weekly.
• Handle Custom Projects that add 30 minutes to 2 hours in some weeks.
• Meet weekly deadlines and deliver accurate scanning data to clients.
• Enjoy independence in a flexible, part-time role with client-driven scheduling.
