5.11, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Supervisor for weekend availability in Minneapolis, MN. You will lead on-shift operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and help the store meet sales goals while coaching teammates to excel in product knowledge and service delivery.

You will collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to maintain a high-energy, customer-first environment, ensuring stock, merchandising, and store standards are kept at the top level.

As a Retail Shift Leader at 5.11, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring each shift runs smoothly and our team stays focused on delivering exceptional service. You’ll help set the tone on the floor, assist with daily operations, and work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to make sure the store exceeds customer expectations.

Pay Range:$16.34 - $19.00 per hour
