Job summary

5.11, Inc. is seeking a Sales Supervisor (Shift Lead) in Fort Worth, TX, to partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. You will drive an exceptional 5.11 EDGE customer experience, foster teamwork, and support merchandising and stock organization in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on leadership, customer service, and maintaining high standards while delivering results. The position offers growth opportunities in a purpose-driven store culture centered on performance

The Sales Supervisor, (known in our stores as a Shift Lead), works with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to exceed customer expectations, build a high-energy store environment, and uphold the standards that define a 5.11 store. You’ll lead by example, tackle challenges head-on, and support your team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Pay Range: $13.25-$15.50 per hour
