Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to connect with customers using a consultative sales approach. You’ll guide options, assist with in-store and online orders, and participate in community events while meeting targets and earning commissions.

You’ll work a schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends, with flexibility to adapt to evolving technology and customer needs. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, and training is provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Fill online orders and assist with in-store purchases.
• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 2 weeks notice for seniority-based schedules.
