Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to engage customers with personalized sales expertise and help meet sales targets through the company’s full suite of products. You’ll be on the sales floor, guiding choices and earning commission as goals are met.

Expect a schedule between 9am and 9pm, including weekends, with 20 hours per week on average. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and tools, training, and coaching are provided to help you succeed.

• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.
