AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to deliver personalized sales expertise on the sales floor. You’ll build meaningful connections with customers, guide options, and drive commission through meeting sales targets.

You’ll work 9am–9pm schedule including weekends, participate in events, handle online orders, and support inventory, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years retail/customer facing/sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Possess a competitive spirit to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Understand customers’ needs and help them find products.
• Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Maintain inventory and assist with store opening/closing procedures.
