Qualifications

• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising is a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Consistent in-person attendance to lead and manage store operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations and direct a team of coworkers.
• Motivate, coach, and develop staff; enforce company policies and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Promote promotions, referrals, and customer education about leasing options.
• Set and monitor daily/weekly sales objectives; drive revenue growth.
• Oversee leasing conversions and ensure clear communication of terms to customers.
• Address escalated customer issues and maintain high service standards.
